We have a superb Hold Fast Challenge day waiting for you!

This day has no entry fee.  Yes. That is correct. No entry fee.

This challenge is all about supporting the amazing Hold Fast Schools Mission Charity and our mission to advance the health of young people across the UK.

We welcome teams, individuals, companies and any organisations who wish to make a donation to our charity, or use this awesome challenge day to fund raise for us.

To enter, we ask that you make a donation on our website – Holdfastschoolsmission.co.uk or you can set up a fund raising page, and away we go!

This challenge is one million percent fun, fun, fun, and all about a superbly positive mindset. Suits all ages, and all abilities! Enter yourself, or bring your friends, family, clubmates, or work colleagues. We promise you will be bursting with pride afterwards.

Nobody needs to be a swimmer, and everyone will be toasty warm.

You will be put into mini-teams of 4 or 5, and take part in a unique, and hugely fun challenge on the beach and in the water.

Lots of different exercises focusing on teamwork, friendship, mindset, and community. You do not need to worry about fitness levels.

We will issue you a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, and other challenge kit on arrival, and off we go.

All you need to bring is a towel, and a change of clothes!
