Get ready George Watson’s Rugby U15’s, We have a truly fantastic Hold Fast Beach Challenge waiting for all of your amazing players who wish to boost your teamwork, leadership, mindset, focus, and prepare yourselves for the season to come.
All in the stunning surrounds of Yellowcraig’s beach, in East Lothian.

What does it involve? – We will give you a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, swim fins, and away we go in mini teams of 4, or 5!
The challenge will see you in the water, and on the beach, taking on unique challenge exercises based on the Royal Navy Mine Clearance Divers surface training, all designed to strengthen your mindset and character, cement teamwork, communication, and ability to focus under pressure.
It is a superb crossover for any young rugby player, and offers a brilliant opportunity to embrace something that will pay dividends for yourself, and your squad in the season to come.
A full challenge brief will be sent out prior to the day, to reinforce all information and confirmed timings.
How fit do I need to be?
This brilliant day suits all fitness levels! Just step forward and get involved! No swimming ability required either.
What do I need?
A towel and a change of underwear, and appropriate clothing for after the challenge.
What should I wear under my wetsuit?
A pair of shorts, or swimming shorts. NO t-shirts!
What if I have a medical condition?
As long as your condition is declared before hand to the Hold Fast team, and you have the required medication with you, this is fine. (Asthma inhalers, epi-pens etc)
What do I get? – Everyone of our awesome participants gets a Hold Fast t-shirt, and a chance to win some mini-prizes afterwards to celebrate in style!
