Get ready Ladies! We have a truly fantastic Hold Fast Challenge waiting for all of you amazing women who wish to boost your mental and physical health, teamwork, friendships, community, leadership, mindset, focus, and have terrific FUN!!
Arrival TBC – Writtle Campus, Lordship Road, Writtle, Chelmsford, CM1 3RR
What does it involve? – We will give you a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, swim fins, and away we go in mini teams of 4, or 5!
The challenge will see you in the water, and on the land, taking on unique challenge exercises based on the Royal Navy Mine Clearance Divers surface training, all designed to strengthen your mindset and character, enhance teamwork, communication, focus, and to enjoy an amazingly fun, and positive day.
It is a superb opportunity, and is a brilliant way to embrace something that will pay dividends for yourself, and your community!
How fit do I need to be? – The day suits all fitness levels! We do not care how fit you are, how fast you are, or how strong you are. Just step forward and get involved! The challenge prides itself on its inclusivity. No swimming ability required either.
What do I need?
Just a towel and a change of clothes.
What do I get? – Everyone of our awesome participants gets a Hold Fast t-shirt, and a chance to win some mini-prizes afterwards to celebrate in style!
BBQ afterwards, where you can all compare experiences, and have a great laugh about a day with a real difference….
